Marine Corps 2000 per year, Iraqi 100k per year?

The top US Marine says Marine Corps can expand only at 1 to 2000 per year. But the Iraqi military has been incrased to 325,000 since 0 in 2003. Iraq has 1/10 the population of the US. So why is it the Marine Corps can only expand at 2000 per year but Iraq’s military, with 1/10 the pop of US has gone up 100,000 per year?
This is the problem in telling obvious lies You get caught in them.
Bush tax cut, Bush Sr. No New Taxes
Bush Sr. pledged “read my lips, No New Taxes” in 1988 because speech writer Peggy Noonan put it in his speech. Bush jr blames Bush sr breaking that pledge for Bush Sr losing in 1992. So after 9-11, Bush Jr wouldn’t increase the size of the military even back to the 1991 level. Bush jr thought he would lose the election in 2004. So NoKO, Pakistan, Iran, and Saudi Arabia went off scot free. Now they are breaking out in nukes. Iraq never had enough troops for the occupations. Bush Jr betrayed us to get reelected in 2004. Now the top Marine is lying to cover it up.
