Inevitable Happens At Last! Amnesty Pol Defeated In Utah Primary
[Peter Brimelow] @ 8:39 am [Email author] [Email This Article] Print This Post Print This PostDespite massive elite denial, it’s always been obvious that eventually the immigration issue would break into politics, probably in an unexpected way. Well, it’s happened at last: Cannon Ousted In Republican Primary, by Josh Kraushaar, CBS News, June 25, 2007

| Congress take note. | |
| H-1b Bill Gates service may get you a ticket out of Congress. Against the fence? Face the voters. For legal immigration, expect to lose your job too. You love Muslims, expect to leave Congress. Voting is not pc by Muslims or by non-Muslims. We see the writing on the wall. Congress for extinction of people is a Congress on its way out. Pelosi should send her personal illegals home. |
Opposition to immigration is real. Its deep. Its broad. The number of years Congress has called us bigots and taken our wages and jobs and served Bill Gates and not us is how deep our anger is. John McCain and Lindsey Graham should take note. You have called us bigots and said you are our sworn enemy based on your understanding that its God’s will to occupy us with immigrants, legal and illegal. You have declared yourselves occupiers of us like Cannon.

Cannon is out of his office because of his position on immigration. All the glory and power is gone and he is on the street.
Staff suffer because of Chris Cannon’s arrogance and disdain for the people. Some staff get jobs with others. But that is difficult in a year when that party loses jobs. That is especially true if it loses the White House at the same time. This is a bad year for Republican staff. They are losing good jobs with vacation and health insurance. They have a good retirement system.
Those are the things the rest of us had before immigration took them away. Cannon chose to take them away from us and give the money to Bill Gates, Silicon Valley VC’s like Al Gore and Wall Street partners like John Edwards. The result is that the staff loses the type of good job that Americans used to have and now only exists in government, academia, neocon think tanks and large liberal foundations funded by Gates, Soros and Buffet.
Arrogant Congressmen and Senators should start thinking about taking away the good jobs from their staffs, some of the last good jobs in America. We need to keep reminding them that we want those jobs too. At one time, all Americans, or many, did get them. Back before immigration surged in the 1960’s and afterwards. Brought to us by Kennedy, LBJ, Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush Jr, McCain and Obama.

I have a very simple immigration plan. Enforce the laws we have on the books and NEVER allow amnesty!! If current laws were enforced we would not have 12 million (an estimate created by Democrats who know the real number is closer to 20million) illegal immigrants in our nation.
To help secure the borders Congress needs to:
1) Double the number of Border Patrol Agents. We must stop the flood of illegal immigrants across our southern border.
2) Double the number of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents – Not only must we stop illegal immigrants from coming into our country, we must increase enforcement once they are here. We must discourage businesses from knowingly violating our laws by hiring illegal immigrants.
3) Say NO to all forms of Amnesty. I believe amnesty undermines the rule of law in our nation. The rule of law is the fabric that holds every democratic society together.
This is what we want to hear not Lindsey Graham and John McCain saying immigrants are God’s children. As Vdare pointed out, possibly Brenda Walker, they are God’s children in their home country, they don’t have to come here to be God’s children. But Graham and McCain are implying we are bigots and not God’s favored children. But we are really disfavored by the Cannon Graham McCain Bill Gates Bush axis of immigration. We don’t want a 3rd term of Bush McCain immigration.
Harris won his primary with a strong position of no amnesty in Maryland. Think about that. Opposition to immigration, legal or illegal, is broad and deep and everywhere.

The message is simple. Congress doesn’t own us.
Andy Harris won his primary in Maryland on total opposition to amnesty as well. Its not just Utah, its Maryland. Its Virginia. Its everywhere. Lindsey Graham and John McCain should take note. They don’t own us. Calling us bigots doesn’t mean they own us.

Andy Harris defeated Wayne Gilchrist, an anti-Christ of Bill Gates H-1B visa, unlimited Harvard plagiarism H-1B visa, legal immigration, guest worker, student visas, and stealth amnesties.
http://ontheissues.org/House/Wayne_Gilchrest_Immigration.htm
Voted YES on more immigrant visas for skilled workers.
Vote to pass a bill to increase the number of temporary visas granted to highly skilled workers from 65,000 to 115,000 by the year 2000.
Reference: Bill introduced by Smith, R-TX.; Bill HR 3736 ; vote number 1998-460 on Sep 24, 1998Rated 0% by FAIR, indicating a voting record loosening immigration.
Gilchrest scores 0% by FAIR on immigration issues

Nearly doubled H-1B foreign
high-tech workers in 1998
Rep. Gilchrest helped the House pass H.R.3736. Enacted into law, it increased by nearly 150,000 the number of foreign workers high-tech American companies could hire over the next three years. Although the foreign workers receive temporary visas for up to six years, most historically have found ways to stay permanently in this country. Rep. Gilchrest voted for more foreign workers even though U.S. high tech workers over the age of 50 were suffering 17% unemployment and U.S. firms were laying off thousands of workers at the time.
Men’s median wages are the same as in 1973, see graph page 16.

(Amit Singh for H-1B visa lost too to Mark Ellmore)
Median wages for men are the same as in 1973, but one measure of output per hour has doubled.
Series Id: PRS84006093
Duration: index, 1992 = 100
Measure: Output Per Hour
Sector: Business
PRS84006093,1973,Annual,73.410
PRS84006093,2007,Annual,138.957
Thus output per hour by this measure almost doubled from 1973 to 2007.

Select business, output, and index. Then click on Add to Your Selection.
Then click on Get Data. You can get formatting options later. I selected only annual data and csv data. I copied that into a text file and then recopied it into this.
Why don’t we stop all immigration until women’s median wages equals that of men and both have doubled from 1973?

Jobs & Immigration: Corporate greed is robbing us of our jobs and driving our down our wages. Bob Conley supports secure borders. Corporations that fuel the immigration fire must pay the price. Greedy corporations and unscrupulous businessmen profit, while our working families and taxpayers foot the bill for services for illegals. This is corporate welfare, and it must end.
The legal importation of foreign workers is also driving down wages, and placing Americans in unemployment lines. This is wrong, and must end. Policy needs to change and should be based on what is good for our workers, our families, and our communities – not the bottom lines of corporations and their lobbyists’ demands!
Bob Conley has the courage to say legal immigration lowers wages too. The above data shows it. Men’s median wages are the same as 1973 even though output per hour has approximately doubled.
