This criminal enterprise occurs in Silicon Valley in the United States. Its made possible by H-1b labor that is manipulated by these criminal companies.

in silicon valley there are literally thousands upon thousands of these fabless shops. companies, usually led by an engineer scion from a bigger firm or academic background, that begs for cash from ventures and angels with a pitch to develop either a cheaper copy of an existing integrated circuit design or an amalgamation of multiple designs onto systems-on-a-chip (SoC).
This is why they employ H-1b’s as slave labor. This pressure leads to the stealing of existing designs. It does nothing productive. There is no value added by stealing the designs of existing companies. If they want to combine the designs of other companies they should get a license. This type of chip piracy should be outlawed. We don’t need it. If the VC’s object, they can give up US citizenship and go to the countries they are loyal to, possibly after an extended stay at a federal facility.

False statements to investors that are securities fraud. The companies are alleging they are legit businesses and not pirating designs and engaging in other illegal acts. Even VC’s are subject to the conditions of the Securities Exchange Act, because the anti-fraud provisions always apply.

Good points eh. Support NumbersUSA and Fairus to stop H-1b completely as well as all student visas. We need to stop all legal immigration and have natural outflow exceed the zero inflow. Men’s median wages are the same as 1973, see p60-235.pdf graph page 19. Women’s median wages are what men’s were before 1965. Its time that young adults in our country get secure jobs and can have families. Those against that are not loyal.
