The Big Schlei 1965 Immigration Act

Norbert Schlei was the author of the 1965 Immigration Act, 1964 un-Civil Rights Act and the 1965 Voting Rights Act.  He is the author of our situation.  He was first in his class at Yale Law School.   He knew what he was doing.  It was no surprise to Schlei what happened to America.

At the Yale Law School Schlei graduated first in his class and was chosen as the Editor of the Yale Law Journal. As a mark of his brilliance as a lawyer, Schlei was chosen as clerk to the United States Supreme Court Justice John M. Harlan.

We live in Schlei-dom which is a dump of a country compared to what we were.

Schlei was the principal draftsman of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Immigration Reform Act of 1965 (corrected).

“I felt I was lucky,” Schlei told the New York Times in 1995, “because I was able to turn what ability I had to something important.”

As Assistant Attorney-General Schlei persuaded Congress to accept changes in American immigration law that have transformed the population; as many as 23 million immigrants are said to have been admitted as a result of the changes.

In 1995 Schlei’s career received a devastating blow when he was tried and convicted of conspiracy and securities fraud …

Schlei maintained that he had done nothing wrong in the affair and the Government’s agreement to accept a deal strongly suggests there was some truth in Schlei’s contention that prosecutors had wrongly added him to the list of defendants in order to make the trial more newsworthy.

The 1964 un-Civil Rights Act was also a Big Schlei.  It took away the right of association from whites.  Priority is given to non-whites even immigrants for federal contracts and in many other areas.

Whites non Hispanic are 48 percent of Harvard undergraduates.  Subtract the 30 percent Jewish and you have 18 percent non-Jewish whites.
