Taibbi told truth that all Democrats are in bed with Wall Street and Kuttner did the bullying routine and cut him off and said it was only a tiny minority of Democrats.   This was on the financial reform.  It was Barney Frank who watered it down.  The Dems voted for it.

Kuttner spread the lie that Democrats are so angry about this.  Its faux anger.  They are taking the money.  Their anger is a facade.

Kuttner said there is no social movement for financial reform.  Actually, there is, its the Tea Baggers.  They opposed the bailout.

Kuttner said that we don’t want popular movements on the right.  This was the implication that they are Nazi.  Kuttner basically implied Tea Baggers are Nazi.

Kuttner is an extreme Left Wing Jewish economist.  He was showing his prejudices against non-Jewish whites, i.e. that they are Nazis unless under direct Jewish control in an approved social movement, i.e. one to race replace whites with non-whites chosen by Jews.

Kuttner is a smooth polished despicable bullier and liar.  He hates the whites in the Tea Bag movement at a genetic level.  He likely hates Sarah Palin the same way.

Its really Jewish money that controls the Democratic party, not just corporate money.  That was what Kuttner was bullying Taibbi to stop.  Taibbi covered the oligarchs in Russia. He has seen this before.

Kuttner is a super liar and apologist for Jewish money and power and influence.  He bullied.  He lied.   He labeled the Tea Baggers as racist Nazi KKK in effect if not in word.  His phrases to do this were down pat.  We know where that will lead to describe populist movements on the right.

Over and over he said there was no social movement, despite the Tea Baggers being it.  The House Republicans did oppose the bailout.  The new bill has a permanent bailout in it.  Its a Geithner Summers Bernanke permanent bailout forever.  Kuttner was just covering up for his ethno-centric interests.

A student, Matthew Freeman, aged 17 became a registered sex offender by having consensual sex with a 15 year old.  He was given permission to live at home near a school.   Another cop arrested him for violating the terms of his parole.

There needs to be a sort of parole board to clear through these lists.  They need to be narrowed down to those that are the real risk.  You are worried about a sex offender in your neighborhood molesting your children.  So that should be the primary ones on the list.

Then violent rape is the next concern.  That has nothing to do with schools and the person has to live somewhere.  So information is the primary preventive available by publishing the risk. You can’t say a man who raped someone can’t live within 1 mile of any woman.  Or a man if that is the case. And if a man and a woman within a mile of any person or go within a mile of any person.

A teacher who has sex with a student should be barred from teaching school.  There is no reason to think they are going to molest children in the neighborhood.   Restrictions should be based on the category.  To go outside the category should require statistical proof as well as significance relative to the broad stream of crime risk.

So the category of student with student consensual would be limited in any remedy to that category.  This would mean for example, that the offender could not go to class with underage students or go to the same school.  It would not mean they are put in the same category as neighborhood rapist.

The lawyers should appeal this case on these grounds.  The broad based punishment does not meet Constitutional standards because its excessive by both community standards and a rule of reason.

The state should also have authority to grant exceptions which are binding on the state.  This should apply to almost all situations, i.e. state action is binding on the state.

Post confinement restrictions that go beyond the category of actual conduct are excessive and cruel punishments.   The case of a man not allowed to live or go within a mile of a woman would be an example.  How does he go to the ER?  Is he denied medical care for life because of his rape?  That is a cruel and unusual punishment.  Its beyond any rule of reason or community standards.  Its not based on a rationale backed up by facts or data.

As an adversary system, the legal system needs a clean up system to offset its tendency to extremes and cruelty.  Those in power to punish become punishers.  There most be others who engage in the opposite task. They need to have legal authority as well.   Judges have a tendency to become punishers on net.  This is why a system of checks and balances is needed to filter out the extreme punishment cases.

We need a high signal to noise ratio.  Outside of category restrictions not backed up by fact or statistics relative to the norm of statistical variation of crime should receive a strict scrutiny standard that typically throws them out.  Like all rules this has to be monitored and revised as data builds up or changes.

What about the minor parties?  UKIP?  They just want out of Europe.  They are the same as Labour and the Cons pretending this is not about race.  Its all about race now.  That’s all it was ever about.

What of BNP?  They are racist bigots. They want to preserve the British race in these isles.  Forget that.  My entire life has been to fight that attitude.  I am now on the verge of success.  Will you abandon me now that I am achieving my and your dream?  What we have worked for so hard for all these years?  What you have sacrificed for?

The BNP are the only real opposition party.   They are the opposition in spirit and mind.  That is why I and all the other parts of the establishment loathe them and hate them.  We fear them.  They are telling the truth about what we have done.  Because you see dear voter, we are the real racists and bigots.   We all know that.

Its the BNP that represents the real England.  They are the British people of old come back alive to take back their country from the likes of us, Moscow’s spawn.   But thankfully, they depend on you.  And you won’t even be for you.  So you will go extinct.

Another bright young person has had his life snuffed out by a drunk-driving illegal alien. Matthew Watson, 20, a sophomore economics major at the University of Maryland, was killed May 5 at 3 am when the Jeep Cherokee in which he was a passenger was struck by a truck driven by Never Leopoldo Navarro-Montoya. The Cherokee driver and two other passengers were hospitalized with injuries considered not life threatening.

The Mexican fled the scene and was found unconscious a third of a mile away on the median strip. Police said Navarro-Montoya possessed a permanent resident card and a Social Security card with his name, which he said were forged and bought in Texas.

The death by illegal alien was the second of a Howard County resident during the last six months. Marine Cpl. Brian Mathews survived a tour of duty in Iraq, but was killed on Thanksgiving night along with his date.

The family has organized two scholarships to honor Matt’s memory — one for a football player to attend summer training camp and the other for a student who participates in music and sports to attend the University of Maryland. The long slow Bronco Chase in reverse.  America watched that in the OJ trial.  The OJ trial was one long Bronco Chase that ended in a jury verdict that the White Race everywhere knew was a lie.  OJ did it.  In Perugia, Rudy Guede did it.  The black from the Ivory Coast of Africa.

Meredith Kercher’s life was ended in the most brutal possible way.  This was done without thinking or remorse.  That is the mark of the black killer.

Which of the black killers in the above cases had remorse?  For the brutal and savage killing.  A killing that would shame any white who was not a complete Manson psychopath.

Rude Guede murdered Meredith Kercher in cold blood.  He did it without remorse.  He left the brutal crime scene with the evidence of him everywhere.  He didn’t even flush the toilet.

That is the signature of this crime and this crime scene.  Guede ended Kercher’s life and left her floating in a toilet of Guede’s destruction.  This is the mark of the black on white hate rape and murder.

The prosecution invented an orgy for which there was never any evidence.  The only evidence is that Guede raped Kercher.  His DNA was on her and in her.

The prosecution had to back off its theory of a sex orgy by the time of the final arguments.  It knows what happened.  Guede did it and did it alone.

All the America haters and Amanda Knox bashers avoid talking about Guede as much as they can.  Because they know he and he alone killed Kercher in the classic black on white rape murder hate crime scene.  This is something we can sense on instinct.

But the whites stand around like fools pretending there are tiny scintillas of evidence against the white girl.  The white boy is ignored.  He is guilty or not based on Amanda’s t-shirt choice or whether she is silent or not in court.

That proves how much we all know Guede did it alone. We don’t even talk about the Italian boyfriend.  He is ignored.  Would that be the case in a real whodunit?  Or just this make believe white liberal one?

The OJ Trial was as drawn out and full of white liberal make believe as the Amanda Knox Trial.  The added twist here is that every white knows Guede did it so with an all white jury he is convicted en passant and the whites continue with the white liberal make believe trial of Amanda and what’s his name.

The anti American liberal hate threads at the London Times show the total absence of reality.  They don’t talk about Guede, who everyone knows actually did it, raped her brutally and then killed her as blacks do, and then fled leaving his evidence all over the scene with no attempt to clean it up, just get out of there.  Just like OJ.
