Hosni Mubarak has to go is an idiotic program. What makes sense is a way to enforce low corruption. Let the IMF and World Bank set up a corruption monitoring program.
Ordinary people should not have to pay bribes for their normal licenses, school, buying or selling a home, renting an apartment, getting a job.
The same applies to businesses.
If they can bring in external monitoring of routine government licenses and benefits and verify there is no corruption, then that is the best the people can hope for.
This is the program the US should support.
