“Economists are Making a Grave Mistake”

This is a great summary of the reality of the job market. Men’s average wages peaked in 1973. The median wage has gone down because the superstar CEO, prof, etc wages have gone up.

One important point the above post makes is that “more education” is not the answer. Employers in the US want cheap H1B labor, so more education is often a negative for Americans to these employers.

One thing the article didn’t point out is the incredible incompetence and cost in the current system. Managers who are incompetent are hiring average or lower skilled H1B’s who won’t expose or threaten them.

The Peter Principle in H1B form is that a manager or prof who reaches their level of incompetence will hire H1B’s below them who are even more incompetent and quiet.

What this shows is the mechanism of “Unpleasant Immigration Arithmetic”.  Americans are being substituted for at a biological level.  At an individual level that is called being laid off or not finding work.   This is what Bush, Kennedy and McCain want.  Its what Cornyn and George Allen’s Skil Bill is about, ending the lives of Americans.

This is substitution effect from multiple mechanisms, of which all forms of immigration are a part. Americans are letting their lives disappear.  They have to stand up and tell Bush, Kennedy, McCain, George Allen, Jim Webb, etc. to stop every type of immigration.

The Decline Of Trust

“You don’t hear much about trust these days. Instead, we want accountability.”

Prof Putnam of Harvard did a study showing diversity causes distrust. It was the 1965 Immigration Act that caused the diversity. Putnam’s study showed distrust went up even within your own affinity groups. Distrust means CEO’s, profs, Senators take when they can, because they don’t trust in society.

Nancy Pelosi owns vineyards that employ illegal aliens. She voted against requiring employers of illegals to pay for their hospital costs. She voted against voter ID to stop illegals voting. See Vdare on Pelosi vineyards and Putnam study.

This column is false.
dogpoke is right, except the blame is on the elites who lie about immigration before, during and after.

From Jihadwatch quoting Jamey Keaten for Associated Press quote:

National France police reported 2,458 cases of violence against officers in the first six months of the year, on pace to top the 4,246 cases recorded for all of 2005 and the 3,842 in 2004. Firefighters and rescue workers have also been targeted — and some now receive police escorts in such areas.

On Sunday, a band of about 30 youths, some wearing masks, forced passengers out of a bus in a southern Paris suburb in broad daylight Sunday, set it on fire, then stoned firefighters who came to the rescue, police said. No one was injured. Two people were arrested, one of them a 13-year-old, according to LCI television….

Aren’t we all for fighting to end immigration completely and give our young adults job security and restore to elders workplace dignity?

Comments at Stein Report

This is true of all of us. We are posting here, might have our own blogs, Dan is maintaining this page. It seems like our efforts go nowhere.

Persistence matters. Look where the immigration debate is now v. 5 years ago after 9-11.

Today, the response to another 9-11 by 19 recent immigrants would be to ask why we are dying for immigration. What does it gain us? It actually costs us.

The debate on immigration has changed because Dan Stein, FAIRUS, bloggers, posters, those who write letters to Congress, people who show up to talk to Congressmen or Senators, callers in, posters on Washingtonpost.com, etc. are all keeping at it.

Immigration harms people, its wrong, and we just have to keep pushing it until it changes.

We don’t have another option. Young adults need job security to get married, have kids and stay married. This is the foundation of society. Immigration takes away job security for young adults, and that means they can’t maintain replacement population.

Teenagers see that young, middle and old adults don’t have job security and often no job place dignity.Without the prospect of a steady job for 25 years, teens realize they are not getting married, aren’t going to have kids soon, and are not going to transition into a stable structured society based on family and stable jobs.

So teens go crazy. Post 65 Immigration Act we have a society where teens don’t see themselves fitting into a stable family job life, but instead a life of chaos and uncertainty. The result is they don’t see themselves quickly steadying down. The result is many many social problems.

If we stop immigration, young adults will have job stability, they will get married early, have kids and stay married. Soceity will stabilize to 1950’s norms. It will move from its current immoral norm to the 1950’s moral norm because young adults have job stability, early and stable marriages and kids when they get married. This is a normal society and we will return to it once immigration stops.

To get there, we just need to keep asking Congress to do it, end immigration completely, family reunification, guest worker, legalization, asylum, H1B, Skil Bill, etc.

Young adults need stable jobs, no immigration

October 27, 2006

What lets young adults get married young, have kids and stay married is stable jobs. Immigration takes that from them. Immigration erases job stability.

Immigration takes job bargaining power from the young adults and gives it to employers. Without job bargaining power, young adults don’t have job security.

Without job security, young adults don’t have marriage security. Without marriage security, young adults don’t have security.

A society where young adults have security and are married and have kids is a safe place. That is what America was before the 1965 Immigration Act.

A society where young adults can’t get married and have kids because job stability is taken by immigration is a world of chaos and strife. Its a world where teenagers are wild because they aren’t stabilized into young adulthood with a job and marriage but instead have no prospects of stable jobs and so they just go wilding.

That world of insecurity and instability is America today. Its getting worse. That is why teenage boys engage in Columbine type killings, they aren’t grounded because society isn’t grounded. Society is grounded by young adults being married and in stable jobs.

We can see that in academia, where young adults are without security and don’t have kids or bargaining power. The profs use H1B and foreign TA’s and grad students to take bargaining power from young adults. The result is that young adults don’t have kids and the profs take credit for their discoveries.

The Senators represent the old, by definition of Senator. They are against the young adults. They try to take bargaining power from young adults.

This is what Cornyn and George Allen did in the Skil Bill, S. 2691. This is to increase H1B’s and take bargaining power from young adults. This includes nurses, programmers, engineers, etc.

Cornyn and Allen are creating a society of chaos where young adults don’t have job security but instead are without stable jobs and without stable marriages. The result is that teenagers are looking forward to a world of chaos without stability and they act that out. If they knew they were about to get stable jobs and be married, they would be picking out mates.

That’s what they did in the 1950’s. That’s the America we need to get back to. Its an America that was stable because of structural elements in society that created stability.

The structure of a society creates expectations. Expectations mold behavior. When teenagers see stable jobs and marriages 2 or 3 years out, they pick out mates, learn job skills and are stable.

When teenagers see men from 20 to 65 without stable work, without respect, without dignity, they go wild. They don’t steady down, pick a mate, learn job skills and transition into a stable adult life, because there is no stable adult life to transition into.

Teenagers take on the nature of the society they are about to enter into. If the society is stable has steady jobs for young adults to old adults, they will be stable. If the society is an open border of chaos, the teenagers take that on themselves and reflect the chaos of the adult world.

George Allen “An Ascent Shadowed By Questions on Race”

Immigration is what harms African Americans as Borjas et al at Harvard have shown. Allen is against S. 2611, legalization, but for guest worker and H1B. Webb has the opposite positions.

From Steve Sailer at Vdare, quote Borjas et al. From 1960 to 2000:

quote The employment rate of black men in the United States fell precipitously from 89.6 percent in 1960 to 76.1 percent in 2000… The decline in labor market participation among black men was accompanied by a rapid increase in the number of black men in correctional institutions. As recently as 1980, only 0.8 percent of black men … were incarcerated. By 2000, 9.6 percent of black men … were incarcerated. end quote

quote… the employment rate of black high school dropouts fell by 33 percentage points, from 88.6 to 55.7 percent, as compared to an 18 percentage point drop for white high school dropouts, from 94.1 to 76.0 percent.end quote.

Is the Post acting like a bigger bully than they accuse Allen of being?

By OldAtlantic | Oct 26, 2006 1:34:58 PM |==

As shown above, the Borjas study shows immigration has heavily harmed blacks in the last 40 years. The Post supports this. So the Post has heavily hurt blacks.

The Post is trying to distract its readers from this by pretending that Allen’s comments matter, not the actual harm the Post does to blacks by advocating immigration and not covering the actual harm done to blacks as proven by Borjas at Harvard.

Webb has pointed out that immigration harms blacks.  The Post doesn’t cover that, because it supports immigration that harms blacks and knows it.  The Post knows the truth would show its racist where it counts, harming people intentionally.

The Post is engaged in the big lie tactic against Allen. This election should have been about the harm done by immigration to blacks and others.

The Post has attacked Allen over racial slurs precisely to cover-up its own complicity in harming blacks, which the Post knows and intends to continue. That is the real racism.

Borjas Studies in Immigration Reality

Black Crime: The Immigration Dimension

By Steve Sailer
Mankiw quotes:

“Immigration and African-American Employment Opportunities: The Response of Wages, Employment, and Incarceration to Labor Supply Shocks” September 2006.
from George J. Borjas, Jeffrey Grogger, Gordon H. Hanson

“The employment rate of black men, and particularly of low-skill black men, fell precipitously from 1960 to 2000. At the same time, the incarceration rate of black men rose markedly. This paper examines the relation between immigration and these trends in black employment and incarceration. Using data drawn from the 1960-2000 U.S. Censuses, we find a strong correlation between immigration, black wages, black employment rates, and black incarceration rates. As immigrants disproportionately increased the supply of workers in a particular skill group, the wage of black workers in that group fell, the employment rate declined, and the incarceration rate rose. Our analysis suggests that a 10-percent immigrant-induced increase in the supply of a particular skill group reduced the black wage by 3.6 percent, lowered the employment rate of black men by 2.4 percentage points, and increased the incarceration rate of blacks by almost a full percentage point.”

Borjas strikes again! Shows Foreign TAs hurt American undergrads

This paper shows that Foreign TA’s really do hurt the education of American students. If those students are future teachers, then that continues to harm American students.

Markets erase disparities in health care provisions. The 1965 Immigration Act was intended to undo the benefits of the 1964 Civil Rights Acts. Borjas of Harvard has done a study that shows this is what happened. See Vdare for discussion of this.

Immigration means that marginal people in society are dropped by employers and the education system. They don’t have the resources to bring up the marginal student or worker. Schools are overwhelmed. Rather than work with marginal workers, employers fire them.

Immigration has created distrust according to a study by Putnam of Harvard. The result is that CEO’s make big bonuses by firing workers and sending factories and know-how overseas. Universities give graduate education to students from China and India rather than African Americans like David Blackwell who was a major figure in math before 1964.

The politicos lie about immigration as does the MSM. They want throw away help and immigration gives that to them.

George Allen wraps himself in the Confederate Flag to signal to his base that he is for them, but in the details he is against them. Allen has cosponsored Skil Bill to vastly increase H1B visas of tech workers. We now know this is because he has 15,000 Commonwealth Biotechnologies Inc options that have a strike price of 7.50 but the stock price is 2.

For these to pay off he needs the stock price to go to 17.50 and he makes 150,000 dollars. He was on CBI’s board and knows they need H1B workers to make this happen.

So he pushes H1B to stick it to Virginia workers. He uses the macaca comment to pretend he is for his base so he can get his options payoff in secret. He voted for the Hutchison Amendment to S. 2611 to have unlimited guest workers, and then pretended to be for his base by voting against legalization when he knew it would pass anyhow.

Young adults need a 25 year window of job stability to get married early, have kids and stay married. Allen is taking that from them for the sake of his options.

    Comments.
onlineid has hit one issue about Allen, the secret to Allen’s heart is stock options. Allen took stock options from high tech companies between being governor and Senator. Allen sat on their boards and learned they needed H1B employees to make his options pay off. So when he became Senator he did that. He has pushed H1B employees through Skil Bill.

The result is that young adults in Virginia don’t have a 25 year window of job security to look forward to. That means they have a harder time getting married, staying married and having kids. Allen has traded the chances of young women to have stable families and children while they are young for his stock options. Allen’s Skil Bill has unlimited H1B’s for those educated at US graduate schools.

Universities already have uncapped H1B’s and they have responded by eliminating Americans as grad students and professors in engineering, math and science to a large degree. The new profs don’t want to teach Americans math and science in college and the result is that high school teachers aren’t taught it and our kids aren’t taught it. Allen says that means we need more H1B’s.

Allen is the enemy of family formation, of keeping families together, of having children in 2 parent families, of educating children in math and science.

Why does he do it? To make his options pay off. He still has 15,000 options in CBI that won’t payoff unless he gets its stock price up from 2 dollars where it is now to more like 17.50. At that level he makes 150,000 dollars. He also is looking forward to more options later when he leaves government and is paid off by every Virginia high tech firm that uses H1B.

Those firms prefer young adults to be childless and afraid and to devote the love or at least the fear to them instead of a spouse or children. Childless fearful workers make Allen’s stock options go up and he votes for that every time. He is a cosponsor of Skil Bill to make that the law.

In George Allen’s Virginia, young adults are childless, single, afraid and devote all their energy, thoughts and creativity to their employer. In George Allen’s Virginia, everyone is just one night away from a deerhead in their mailbox to remind them of their place. In George Allen’s Virginia, everyone is just one paycheck away from a pink slip in their mailbox and an H1B worker to take their place. In George Allen’s Virginia, Senator’s make millions from stock options either before or after office and vote for Skil Bill and H1B to keep their options going up in price. In George Allen’s Virginia, young adults don’t have children or form families, they are afraid and at work making his stock options go up.
