Lehman Brothers done in by federal mindset anti family

Lehman Brothers was one of the iconic firms of Wall Street dealing with institutions as opposed to retail.  It was a trading firm.  The name itself suggests its family roots.  Take away the brothers and you take away the firm.

Federal rules are against normal human relationships as the basis of hiring.  Normal human relationships are where trust comes from.  Family, community, church or synagogue, school, etc.  You hire people you know who are already part of a community and cemented into place.

The federal government doesn’t want you hiring your own kind who you have known for a long time and who are closely monitored by a thick network of family, religious, school, community club, etc. organizations.    That is the network that builds trust and monitors behavior.  When you hire in the community, then the worker is monitored by the community as is the employer.  If someone steals or is lazy, everyone knows it and they are pushed to straighten up.

The federal government’s idea is you hire people from the Internet.  The Internet is not a face to face network of human bonds and ties that monitors and controls behavior.  The Internet can not be a container of companies that are tied tightly together internally and to a community.

The Internet Applicant final rule, issued by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), addresses recordkeeping by Federal contractors and subcontractors about the Internet hiring process and the solicitation of race, gender, and ethnicity of “Internet Applicants.” The rule is the product of a lengthy deliberative process, including public input, to develop a definition of “Internet Applicant” applicable in the Internet age (added to 41 CFR 60-1.3). The recordkeeping requirements of the rule (amending 41 CFR 60-1.12) will provide meaningful data that OFCCP will use to enhance its enforcement of the nondiscrimination laws.

Someone sends an email about a job to someone in your company and you have to keep a record of it?  Monitor it centrally?  Every email has to be forwarded to central record keeping?  What if your company isn’t so centralized?

Lehman Brothers, take away the brothers and you get a firm of strangers trying to get the money before the other person does.  The result was risk taking and risk offloading to other institutions and ultimately the government.

As a Jewish family firm, Lehman was able to control its risk.  If the top person in an ethnic firm blows it up out of greed, he blows up his community.  Young adult men forming families are blown up.  So there is a lot of community control on the CEO.

When you have a firm that is recruited off the Internet based on rules you have to keep track of who applies on the Internet and showed you didn’t discriminate on the statistical properties of whoever applies on the Internet, then you have entered into the destruction of all normal human bonds to build and monitor behavior and thus create trust that is earned.

If Lehman was following federal rules and hiring based on the statistical pattern of emails sent to them on the Internet, then Lehman didn’t really exist as a community or part of a community.  Hiring based on statistical patterns of Internet applications is the end of any normal organic company.

Federal rules have promoted corporate mortality.  Every type of trust bond has been under attack by federal policies of immigration, affirmative action, uncivil rights laws, labor rules, federal contractor rules, and any firm in the chain of federal contractors.

Federal rules increase corporate mortality just as they do family mortality, school mortality, community mortality, neighborhood mortality, and even California mortality.  They destroy the normal human methods of monitoring actual physical people through a network of community relations that limits the actions of CEO’s and employees.  CEO’s are monitored not to blow up the community based on human failings.  Employees are monitored not to shirk work, steal or disrupt the bonds of trust.

Internet hiring statistical requirements and recordkeeping destroys that.  Record keeping of job interest on the Internet means not using community based monitoring.  Department of Labor is substituting Internet search monitoring for a network of human institutions based on the family, religious institutions, community organizations, country clubs and Elk clubs, etc.  All the things they hate which have in fact built communities that can incubate and keep alive companies, which are fragile.

Companies live shorter lives than people.   The federal rules have increased the mortality rate of companies just as they have of families and neighborhoods.   It attacks both at the same time and their links to each other.  Forced Internet hiring breaks down community hiring.  Community hiring based on personal knowledge of people before, during and after employment is the basis of controlling behavior.

Companies can also have a relationship with a person post employment.  In DOL’s mind this is a litigation relationship.  But in older times, former employees were part of a network that included suppliers and customers.   The government by destroying community bonds also destroys humane terminations.  The DOL’s idea of a termination is the person’s entry code card doesn’t work.  If you hire off the Internet, you fire them on the Internet or Intranet.

The old way was the community monitored the company and the person.  They both had to answer to the community. The community was based on normal human relationships built up over time, not whoever sent an email over the Internet.

Companies need to be able to delegate responsibility down.  Its not about centralized hiring, its about hiring people you know and who are part of a community network.  That is what keeps a Lehman alive.  The lower level managers need to hire people they can trust.  The DOL doesn’t think that is important.

DOL wants people hired statistically by race off the Internet.  That makes it impossible for companies to be part of a community network that controls and monitors behavior.   The result is the CEO just takes on risk.  Greed is the only thing left to run the company on.  The CEO bets on the market. If he wins, he wins big.  If he loses, DOL hires can deal with the problem.  He will fly off to his home in some other country.

In a century from Lehman Brothers, BROTHERS, to DOL Internet Record Keeping Rules.  Did the Brothers hire each other statistically based on Internet applications to form a business together?  Or did they know each other before they hired each other?  Internet statistical hiring destroyed Brotherhood at Lehman.  USG destroys it in schools.  It has destroyed California.  USG is an engine of death to normal human relationships and to normal human networks.  This is part of its genocidal mission.

In a family business or ethnic one or community one if the CEO blows up the company out of greed he blows up the family men.  For a Lehman Brothers, that means the smart young Jewish men who are starting families.  He blows up the best and brightest of the Jewish community who are having the next Jewish generation’s best and brightest.  So the community controls his greed.  Shared genetic interests controls his greed.

If Lehman is a business that hires on a statistically race neutral basis off the Internet, then the CEO has no reason not to take risk.  Now the CEO is in it for himself. There is no ethnic community to control his actions.  His actions are unmonitored effectively.  This is the opposite of Henry Ford paying 5 dollars a day.  The CEO instead just thinks of his short term bonus.  He will be gone soon anyhow.  He has no need to concern himself about the best and brightest of his ethnic group because his firm is no longer ethnic based.  Its Internet based.

The same applies to kings and judges.  If they are not taken from the people, they have no longer an incentive to rule for the benefit of their own.  The same applies to every layer of government and every layer of every social control organization.

DOL Rules didn’t come from nowhere.  They came from an animosity to the Southern White Civilization that incubated Lehman Brothers in 1850.  DOL is about Slicer Occupied Government.  The Slicer Coalition is blacks, Hispanics, Asians and Jews.  The SLOG DOL rules are meant to attack the Southern White and destroy his civilization.  In this case, it hit Lehman Brothers.

DOL Rules are anti-life.  They are anti the normal bonds of human life and human community.  Human morality arises from shared genetic intersts, i.e. from family and ethnic group. DOL says a company can’t be based on shared genetic interests.  That means it has no real control on the CEO or the employees.  It means the destruction of all that is good.

That DOL rules and that mindset helped destroy Lehman is evidence that they are based on hate.  They were developed out of hate of Southern Whites.  But they are so harmful they also helped destroy Lehman by unleashing CEO greed to destroy the firm.   The CEO was no longer constrained by harming his coethnics to the same extent as old Lehman so there was nothing to check his greed or of his top people.  SLOG rules out of DOL are based on hate and their harmful impact on all firms is evidence showing that.  If DOL was not making rules based on hate, then it wouldn’t make rules that destroy the internals of firms and their community based cohesion.

Firms can’t create a village of cohesion.  That takes an ethnic group.  DOL rules are meant to destroy ethnic groups.  This arises out of their hatred of Southern Whites.  Destroying ethnic groups is hate.  It destroys the community bonds and networks that are the basis of all moral and ethical behavior, inside companies and schools and government.

Rules arising from hate and intended to destroy ethnic groups and destroy community based trust relationships which are ethnic based are unconstitutional.  They are not consistent with original intent.  They are anti-life.  They are genocidal in character.  They are a violation of laws against genocide.  They are a violation of basic human rights.

Destroying ethnic groups is hate.  Destroying ethnic communities is hate.  It is in fact the definition of genocide.  Destroying ethnic firms is part of destroying ethnic communities and groups. The means of production and work are part of the ethnic group and the community.  An ethnic community can’t live without work or survive without it.  The companies and the communities are part of the same ecosystem.  Trust within the company comes from being part of an ethnic community.

Does DOL go into Hmong and Somali communities to see if they have race neutral hiring off the Internet?  Its directed at certain groups and firms only.  This shows its hate based nature.

Trust comes from a community.  Trust is about a network of bonds and monitored and monitoring relationships.  Trust can’t be divorced from the monitoring mechanism. The means of monitoring is the ethnic community based on family, religious, school, country club, etc. ties.  These tie the people together and let the community monitor the people.  This is how they keep everyone from the bottom worker to the CEO and the outside board in check and working positively instead of blowing up the compay by risk taking or being too lazy to learn the math of risk management.

The DOL rules are rules against trust.  Just as USG has waged wars on families and neighborhoods and schools based on ethnic ties it is waging war on companies based on that.  The result is Lehman Brothers to Lehman bankruptcy.   DOL is part of USG’s genocidal policies as proven by the Wright Island Model.

This is exactly a statement of DOL policies.  Companies must be allele neutral.  The result is they can’t trust the employees or the employees trust the company. The result is the CEO takes risk to cash out.  The result is liar loans and massive fraud throughout the mortgage market, financial services and every institution of society. Just as the Soviet Union was organized against human life and normal human bonds so is USG.  The source is the same theory of Marxism which is anti human life and anti ethnic groups.  Ethnic groups are the basis of human morality and thus of trust.  Altruism within the ethnic group is the foundation of human society.  DOL by targeting that is preventing firms having trust inside them.  The same applies to schools and government.

Putnam of Harvard has documented that this new trust busting has been the consequence of government diversity policies.  The government destroys human trust by destroying ethnic based communities and networks.  The result is to destroy the community, because it only exists as part of an extended ethnic network.

Ethnic groups created trust and created human communities.  By destroying those ethnic based mechanisms, DOL and USG destroy ethnic groups.  That destroys human community itself.  That is what is producing the alienated society we live in.  That destroyed Lehman by excessive risk taking at the top unconstrained by community and ethnic bonds internally and externally.

Rules from USG can not substitute for an ethnic community.  USG can’t come up with capital rules to undo the effect of its search and destroy mission on ethnic community ties in and externally to companies.  Those are the basis of moral altruistic behavior internally and externally.  When those are eliminated, the result is a form of insanity.  The ethnic group dies.  The community dies.  Trust dies inside the company and outside it.  The company dies.

USG is evil and destructive in the same ways as the Soviet Union just slower and not as complete in their control.  USG is against ethnic groups as was the Soviet Union.  USG is destroying ethnic communities of whites as did the Soviet Union.  Immigrants ignore all the USG laws.  Hispanics are not keeping records of Internet applications.  Nor are Somalis or Hmong.  USG rules are racist in intent and racist in application.

Targeting ethnic groups is targeting trust, life, and community.  Targeting ethnic based company hiring is targeting altruism, trust, and social network bonds.  DOL and USG are engaged in ethnic cleansing by targeting ethnic based networks in companies, schools, and other organizations.  They are targeting trust.  The are targeting life itself.  This is why it continues to push immigration after its a published theorem that it causes genocide.
