Is DOJ trying to keep Edward Snowden in Moscow or China?

Is the goal of the DOJ to keep Edward Snowden in Russia or China? To protect DOJ from criminal prosecution?

Consider following hypothesis.

  1. Russia used kompromat to get IMF loans from Larry Summers and Stanley Fischer in the 1990s.
  2. GOP neocon profs knew this and used it as leverage to get Iraq Liberation Act 1998 and then during Bush v. Gore to influence Supreme Court to vote in Bush.
  3. DE Shaw and LTCM traded on this info in 1990s.
  4. Clinton, Bush and Obama DOJ covered it up.
  5. Harvard, MIT, etc. concealed this from FBI, USAO Mass during US v Harvard, Shleifer and Hay.
  6. When Larry Summers was rehired by USgov in 2009, Obama, Eric Holder, other DOJ leaders, Harvard, MIT, DE Shaw, etc concealed this from FBI.
  7. During Aaron Swartz case, USAO Mass used this to make MIT go along with harsh treatment of Aaron Swartz resulting in his suicide.
  8. When Tamerlan Tsarnaev tip came to FBI they concealed this info from local FBI and local police as part of coverup.  This resulted in Boston deaths.
  9. Coverup continued after Boston bombing.
  10. Edward Snowden may have info on this.

DOJ wants to conceal this info from public.  As long as Snowden is trapped in Russia, he can’t disclose this.  So Russia is where DOJ wants Edward Snowden.

So DOJ puts out talk of sanctions on Ecuador if it takes Snowden. If Snowden goes to Ecuador, Snowden can expose DOJ.  But if Snowden is in Moscow, he can’t. So DOJ is threatening Ecuador to keep Snowden in Moscow.

DOJ doesn’t know if Snowden has files on this, they just are playing it safe.

This blog condemns violence

As a reminder, this blog has consistently condemned violence, especially political violence. Recent acts of violence show once again how much more would be achieved by persuasion.

The Tsarnaev brothers made no attempt to persuade others about drone strikes as wrong or that they wanted accountability for IMF loans to Russia that funded the Chechen wars. These issues have since been forgotten as the next news cycle comes along.

Patient and persistent effort over time is the most effective. Sustainable long term effort is best achieved by non-violent means.

Obviously, this blog condemns the Boston bombing incident and any related violence such as against the MIT police officer. The Todashev shooting is still too unclear for further assessment.

The unanimous Declaration of the redacted FBI offices of the united States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one secret police to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with any identifiable people, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s ungodly entitle them, an indecent contempt to the opinions of mankind requires that they should conceal the causes which impel them to the usurpation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created unequal, that they are bound over to us by our own secret power without any unalienable Rights, that among these rights denied are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to take these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their unjust powers from the consent of the secret police, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the role of the security services to alter or to abolish it, and to institute corrupt Government, laying its pretended foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to fool the masses into thinking they have safety.

The history of the present King of Kenya is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. Edward Snowden America needs a hero and he showed us the light

From 9/11/2001 to now, America has heard one clear signal from its establishment, disdain. Cheney came out to call Edward Snowden a traitor. That is what the establishment thinks of every White who speaks up against their tyranny.

Cheney is responsible for torture and crimes against humanity. Cheney is evil from the late Roman Empire. Cheney represents what Christianity came to change. The entire establishment joined in the chorus of calling us scum as they take our jobs and give them to their new superwave of replacement immigrants.

Never once have we heard the truth from the establishment about immigration, Islam, or their immolation of Western Civilization and the White Race.

They are genociders of the White Race. They are torturers of everyone. They tortured Bradley Manning right in Quantico, Virginia. This was an insult to every man and woman who fought for America in history. This was intentionally done to show us that our sacrifice was in vain, and that their rule of torture and evil could not be stopped by any power of man or God.

The incredible evil that was exposed in their torture network and DOJ torture memos resulted in no prosecution. This was an affront to the Constitution, Human Rights and the Atlantic Charter.

They overturned guarantees of fair treatment that go back to Magna Carta. Their insolence towards the Constitution and the Founding Stock Americans who made it is now unrestrained. They openly break laws of man and God considered sacrosanct at the Numerberg Trials.

Cheney, Bush and most of all DOJ are Little Eichmanns of Torture. Even Eichmann had the decency to try to hide his crimes. At first, so did the neocon empire that replaces the old WASP elite. But now they simply revel openly in double standards in hate crimes and in every law and every element of a decent and civilized society. The prosecution of Zimmerman shows their contempt for law and justice. The DOJ and FBI corrupted the process, suborned perjury from witnesses and engaged openly in malicious prosecution. This was done openly on racial grounds.

Their eruption of hate at Edward Snowden shows their contempt and disdain for the rule of law and for truth. At bottom, this shows their contempt and disdain for us.

Judgment at Nuremberg verdict

This verdict applies to the Department of Justice, its torture memos, its violations of the 4th Amendment, its overcharging, its evil prison system, its sentencing guidelines of excess.

The killing of Todashev in secret and then the secret investigation concealing the names of those who did it from the public is a violation of the norms of civilization. Secret killings by the government are the essence of tyranny.

DOJ is an accessory to the crimes of torture, of overcharging, of excessive sentencing, of genocide by immigration, of denial of civil rights to Whites, of denial of equal protection of the laws to Whites, of torture, of torture memos written at DOJ HQ that were part of the system of torture that circled the globe, this includes rendition, a practice of evil, as well as covering up all of these and many more. They have used prosecution of whistle blowers to frighten those who know in and out of government. They prosecuted Aaron Swartz undo death as part of this system of intimidation.

Delivers Final Verdict

Judge Haywood: The trial conducted before this Tribunal began over eight months ago. The record of evidence is more than ten thousand pages long, and final arguments of counsel have been concluded.

Simple murders and atrocities do not constitute the gravamen of the charges in this indictment. Rather, the charge is that of conscious participation in a nationwide, government organized system of cruelty and injustice in violation of every moral and legal principle known to all civilized nations. The Tribunal has carefully studied the record and found therein abundant evidence to support beyond a reasonable doubt the charges against these defendants.

Heir Rolfe, in his very skillful defense, has asserted that there are others who must share the ultimate responsibility for what happened here in Germany. There is truth in this. The real complaining party at the bar in this courtroom is civilization. But the Tribunal does say that the men in the dock are responsible for their actions, men who sat in black robes in judgment on other men, men who took part in the enactment of laws and decrees, the purpose of which was the extermination of humans beings, men who in executive positions actively participated in the enforcement of these laws — illegal even under German law. The principle of criminal law in every civilized society has this in common: Any person who sways another to commit murder, any person who furnishes the lethal weapon for the purpose of the crime, any person who is an accessory to the crime — is guilty.

Heir Rolfe further asserts that the defendant, Janning, was an extraordinary jurist and acted in what he thought was the best interest of this country. There is truth in this also. Janning, to be sure, is a tragic figure. We believe he loathed the evil he did. But compassion for the present torture of his soul must not beget forgetfulness of the torture and the death of millions by the Government of which he was a part. Janning’s record and his fate illuminate the most shattering truth that has emerged from this trial: If he and all of the other defendants had been degraded perverts, if all of the leaders of the Third Reich had been sadistic monsters and maniacs, then these events would have no more moral significance than an earthquake, or any other natural catastrophe. But this trial has shown that under a national crisis, ordinary — even able and extraordinary — men can delude themselves into the commission of crimes so vast and heinous that they beggar the imagination. No one who has sat at through trial can ever forget them: men sterilized because of political belief; a mockery made of friendship and faith; the murder of children. How easily it can happen.

There are those in our own country too who today speak of the “protection of country” — of “survival.” A decision must be made in the life of every nation at the very moment when the grasp of the enemy is at its throat. Then, it seems that the only way to survive is to use the means of the enemy, to rest survival upon what is expedient — to look the other way.

Well, the answer to that is “survival as what?” A country isn’t a rock. It’s not an extension of one’s self. It’s what it stands for. It’s what it stands for when standing for something is the most difficult!

Before the people of the world, let it now be noted that here, in our decision, this is what we stand for: justice, truth, and the value of a single human being.


We must prosecute the leadership of the Department of Justice under Clinton, Bush and Obama for Crimes Against Humanity including the Genocide of the White Race by immigration and the violation of the Constitution of the United States and of every charter and document of human rights in the history of Mankind.

All the whistleblowers must be freed and pardoned including Edward Snowden, John Kiriakou and all the rest. Decency demands we dedicate our lives to achieving this goal.

The DOJ uses over prosecution, over charging, excessive sentencing guidelines to obstruct its own leaders from being held to the standard of decency and law at Nuremberg. That standard must be applied to them for America to regain its system of law and constitutional government. This is the only way forward for Mankind.
