Charlie Hebdo attack Commando Style. This puts government and other employees at risk.

January 7, 2015

If one accepts that the Charlie Hebdo attack is a new phase of Islamic terrorism, then it means that government employees or employees of corporations or others are at risk.  Former gov employees who handled controversial matters with hot spot regions and countries are also at risk.  Also corporate employees dealing with these.

The Charlie Hebdo employees had not been government employees. So the risk targets are large in number. This may be intended to spread out government resources with many targets.

Russia and former Soviet republics in Central Asia have the experience and ability to interact with Islamic groups and provide this type of military training away from the West’s ability to monitor it.

Renova Group and Mongoose aka Mangust private security are part of this network of contacts in Central Asia.

This is draft and preliminary. The above is hypotheses and speculation. Comments and corrections welcome. Please restate as questions. All other disclaimers apply.
