Blair: What bigotry.  How did this happen?

England has been divided into areas with similar  character. These have been called Joint Character Areas (JCAs). The JCAs are a widely recognised national spatial framework but the boundaries of the JCAs are not precise and many of the boundaries should be considered as broad zones of transition.[7]

Blair: I think I’m going to puke.

Assistant: Its land not people.

Blair:  I thought this would be used to keep areas of England free from immigration, and you know, even white.

Assistant: Not at all, this is to protect the land, not the people.

Blair: I was afraid all my good work was ruined.
