Hutchison AgJobs for Terrorists Amendment

July 7, 2007

Senator Hutchison proposed AgJobs as soon as Comprehensive Immigration Reform, aka amnesty was defeated again.

Washington, DC – U.S. Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), Larry Craig (R-Idaho), Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.), Mel Martinez (R-Fla.), Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), and George Voinovich (R-Ohio) today introduced legislation to address the growing agriculture worker shortage.” More on this announcement below.

The title may seem unfair, but is it? Were jobs for doctors billed as jobs for terrorists? When there is terrorism in the UK, the US says it can’t happen here. When 9-11 happened, the UK said it couldn’t happen here. “It couldn’t happen here.” They alternate that with saying, “Terrorism is certain.”

Whenever Senators talk of bigotry, its to justify doing something bad to their constituents that their constituents don’t want.

Search: Lindsey Graham bigots

Son of Immigrants is also one of those phrases. When a politician says “son of immigrants”, he is going to pick your pocket, whether you are in his group or not, are an immigrant or not.

Whenever a politician tells us where his ancestors came from, what religion he has or they had, or about adversity or bigotry they overcome, he is saying we are the bigots he is overcoming, whether we share his affinities or not. Its us he is saying he has overcome, is overcoming and will overcome. He does that by using the power of government to do something bad to us. That is why he talks about his ancestors. Its to remind us of ancient grudges and resentments he has. He wants us to think all those who share group membership are backing him up while he does something bad to us, all of us.

If we are in his group, we are supposed to feel we are supposed to keep quiet while one of ours gets it back against “them”. If we are in his group, we are supposed to feel, if we speak up, then we are betraying the group. If we are in his group, we are supposed to feel if we speak up, the whole group will turn on us as a traitor. If we are in his group, and we speak up to say no, we are supposed to feel that when the other groups come for us, no one in our group will rally around us, a traitor to our own kind.

The pol is saying, I am going to do some bad thing to you, take money, take your job, subject you to terrorism, etc. If you stand up and fight me, you have to fight everyone in my ethnic group or religious group or country of origin. So you better sit down and take what I’m going to give you and not talk back. That is the message. The bad thing will hit his own group just as much as everyone else, but he is using that group as a wedge to get away with doing the bad thing.

Usually what the pol wants to do benefits corporations and special interests that are paying him money. But he wants us to think we have to take on his ethnic group, religious group, or country of origin if we say no to whatever special interest he is paying off by harming us. If we are in his group, we are traitors to say no, and if we are outside it, we are bigots to say no.

“son of immigrants” jobs “Americans won’t do”

Men’s median wages are the same as in 1973, graph page 18:

This is one of those things we are supposed to accept, because some politician said to us he was the son of immigrants.

Pols who talk of ancestors, their religion, adversity they overcame or use the phrase, “son of an immigrant” are engaging in gang talk. They are saying I am taking from you, and if you object, you have to fight my whole gang. They are saying, my gang backs me up. They are saying my gang is my ethnic group, religion, or those from the same country of national origin. Senators who talk this way are talking like gangsters. Senators who talk like gangsters, do bad things to us, and take special interest money for it are acting like gangsters. At some point, Senators become the gangsters they imitate. They are like the Mafia acting like the Godfather.

==Bush Rove identity politics betrayal of Christians

The pol who did this the best was George W. Bush under Karl Rove’s tutelage. Bush Jr. won the 2000 and 2004 elections by telling Christians he was one of them. All the time he was knifing them in the back. Bush was on the side of Saudi Arabia after 9-11. It was Prince Bandar who taught Bush about the world in the 1990’s. Yet Bush ran as the true defender of the Christian faith. Bush got away with this in 2004, even after he took the Saudi side openly after 9-11 and suppressed a Senate report linking Saudi Arabia to the funding of al Qaeda and terrorism.

Bush is the champion of identity politics. Bush also shows that identity pols are knifing their own group. This is true of leaders of Hispanic groups and Black leaders. They are all for immigration, even though their group has low wages and falling labor force participation rates for men.

Bush told Christians he respected them.  Like all of us, they want to be told they are right in their beliefs.  Bush did that.

Hillary Clinton is now copying this.   Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.  But Clinton is flattering Bush, not us.  She is showing that she thinks we are chumps just like Bush did.

==Why Pols support immigration: to steal from their own group.

The reason all pols support immigration is that they want to steal from their own group. This is true of black, white, and Hispanic pols. They are all acting against their own group. They say let’s have immigration or you are a bigot. Then they turn around and say, support me, or the other group will get you. They use identity politics to make their own group vote for them, even though the pol is against them in actual fact. This is true across groups. All group leaders act against their own group. All of them say, if you don’t re-elect me, the other groups pols will get you. They are all playing it both ways.

They pols are saying:

  1. my group is bigots if they oppose me on immigration, and then they turn around and say:
  2. other groups are bigots, you have to support me or they will use government to destroy you.

The pols are saying you have to be for me, even while I’m against you. White pols say this. Examples are Bush, Graham and Kennedy. Black pols say this. Hispanic pols say this. This is their game.

Divide the rule, and rule the divided. Divide imperium et impera divisa.

This is the big improvement since Rome. In Rome they said, divide and rule, divide et imperium. Now the rulers realize, if they divide the rule, they can rule the divided. Identity politics in the US is a two step. The rulers get together to divide the rule, with each ruler owning his own group, and then they rule the divided.

9-11 helped Bush and other leaders play the two step game of divide the rule and rule the divided. They say we need them to protect us. But like all extortion rackets, they are the ones causing us harm.

All gangs practice this. The gangs divide up territory. They tell those in their own territory to pay protection from the other gangs. But its really the gang in your own territory. They are saying other ethnic gangs will attack you, so pay us.

Gangs that divide up territory along ethnic lines are dividing the rule. Then they rule the divided. The gangs are really in it together. That is why gangs eventually form a commission, cartel, OPEC, etc. These cross ethnic and religious lines.

==Gangs of the Senate, Gangs of the House

The Senate is like a meeting of OPEC or a gang commission. They are the rich rulers meeting to keep us divided and divide the spoils from ruling us. Davos is the same thing. The MSM take corporate speaking fees to spout the line of the day.

The Senate and the House are a group of gangs. They are ethnic gangs and religious gangs. They practice the politics of ethnic divide the rule and rule the divided. That is the gang method of dividing territory even among gangs of different ethnicities or religions. The gang rulers have more in common with each other than with their “followers”.

This is why Tom Delay was so corrupt. This is why Pelosi Reid went from reform to amnesty divide and rule politics in a few short months. This is why Henry Waxman doesn’t call Sibel Edmonds as a witness. They are gangs that gang together so that they are not punished separately for their real crimes.

==Is the title Fair again?

Under a system of immigration, isn’t terrorism just another version of young immigrant males removing the native population? Isn’t that what AgJobs does? So at an abstract level, 9-11 and AgJobs are the same thing, young immigrant males competing with and removing natives. So at an abstract level, the title is fair.

When President McKinley was shot wasn’t it the same thing? It was time for America to be renewed by the blood of bigots. Young immigrant male removes president. In this case, the son of an immigrant. Weren’t the Wall Street bombings on September 16, 1920 the same thing? Wasn’t the whole anarchism, socialism, communism movement just words to mask the substitution effect of immigration? Isn’t Islam a doctrine of substitution by invasion when you can and immigration when you can’t?

The Wall Street bombing was a terrorist incident that occurred at 12:01 p.m. on September 16, 1920, in the Financial District of New York City. It was the deadliest bomb attack on American soil for seven years, until the Bath School disaster. Thirty-eight were killed and 400 persons were injured by the blast.[1]

The American public was unaccustomed to such acts; though eight Chicago police officers had been killed during the Haymarket Riot in 1886, President William McKinley had been assassinated in 1901, the Los Angeles Times offices were burnt down in 1910 (killing twenty), and bombs were mailed to government leaders, the Wall Street attack was unusual in that it was detonated in a public place, evidently targeting financial workers and institutions. Officials blamed anarchist and communist elements, fuelling the ongoing Palmer raids. The Washington Post went so far as to call the bombing an “act of war.”[3]

Indeed. But the struggle against Protestant Bigots is not won easily. It takes the shedding of blood.

==Immigration Renews America?

What does renew mean? What does it mean to renew a population? It means out with the old, and in with the new. What does out with the old mean? What else can it mean but getting rid of people?

Were Allison Kunhardt and Tessa Tranchant renewed by immigration?

Below, Tessa Tranchant, 16, left, and Allison Kunhardt, 17, were killed late Friday.”

Should that be:

AgJOBS bills, which would provide amnesty to illegal alien farm workers, were re-introduced in the Senate and House. S. 237, S. 340, and H.R. 371 – sponsored by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Rep. Howard Berman (D-Calif.) respectively – would identify “vacant” agricultural jobs that could be filled by as many as 1.5 million illegal aliens and new foreigners over five years.

Washington, DC – U.S. Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), Larry Craig (R-Idaho), Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.), Mel Martinez (R-Fla.), Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), and George Voinovich (R-Ohio) today introduced legislation to address the growing agriculture worker shortage.

The AgJOBS bill would establish a pilot earned adjustment program for agriculture workers, which would help to ease the severe worker shortage being experienced by frustrated farmers across the country.

“Today, many American farmers are on a precipice. And whether they survive to plant another season is determined largely on one simple question: will there be enough workers to bring in the harvest?” Senator Feinstein said. There are plenty of people willing and able to do the work. And these workers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.”

“The AgJOBS bill is a two-part bill. Part one would create a pilot program to identify undocumented agricultural workers and legalize the immigration status for those who have been working in the United States for the past two years or more. The second part would create a more usable H-2A program to implement a realistic and effective guest worker program.”

Senator Kennedy said, “Last year, the Senate came together – Democrats and Republicans – to pass far-reaching immigration reform legislation, which included the AgJOBS bill. The American people are calling on us to come together again. They know there is a crisis and they want action now. Much of the nation’s economy today depends on the hard work and the many contributions of immigrants. The agricultural industry would grind to a halt without immigrant farm workers. America has a proud tradition as a nation of immigrants and a nation of laws. But our current immigration laws fail us on both counts.”

Senator Martinez said, “While I without a doubt believe that we must solve the immigration challenges of this country in a comprehensive manner, AgJOBS deals immediately with the labor shortage problems of Florida’s agricultural sector. Florida’s citrus industry is the state’s second largest, employing over 76,000 people and providing $8.5 billion in economic impact Last year alone, over one third of Florida’s orange crop went left unpicked due to labor shortages. We must do a better job of ensuring the engines of our state’s economy, like the agricultural industry, have the legal avenue they need to ensure workers to get the job done.”

California is the single largest agriculture state in the nation with over $34 billion in annual revenue and approximately 76,500 farms.

Approximately one million undocumented workers harvest the crops in California each year, with as much as 90 percent of the farm labor payroll made up by undocumented workers. In 2006, growers in California reported that their harvesting crews were down by as much as 20 percent.

“The costs are in the stratosphere: if the labor shortage continues, it means $3 billion a year in the short term and as much as $4.1 billion a year in the long-term. Just in California,” Senator Feinstein said.

A summary of the bill follows:

  • Undocumented agriculture workers would be eligible for a “blue card” if they can demonstrate having worked in American agriculture for at least 150 work days over the previous two years.
  • The blue card would entitle the worker to a temporary legal resident status. The total number of blue cards would be capped at 1.5 million over a five-year period, and the program would sunset after five years.
  • Blue card holders would be allowed to travel in and out of the United States.
  • The spouses and minor children of blue card workers would be eligible to apply for a blue card if they already live in the United States. This would permit them to work and travel.
  • Blue card holders would be allowed to work in other, non-agriculture jobs as long as the agriculture work requirements are met.
  • The blue card holder would be required to work in American agriculture for an additional three years (working at least 150 work days per year) or five years (working at least 100 work days per year), before becoming eligible to apply for a green card to become a permanent legal resident.
  • Before applying for a green card, participants would be required to pay a fine of $500, show that they are current on their taxes, and show that they have not been convicted of any crime that involves bodily injury, the threat of serious bodily injury, or harm to property in excess of $500.
  • Finally, the H2-A Program would be modified so that it realistically responds to agriculture needs.

Similar language was approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee during the 109 th Congress and was included in the comprehensive immigration reform bill that passed the Senate.

==Farmers use fertilizer that prevents cancer fighting flavonoids in tomatoes

Organic Tomatoes Better For Heart And Blood Pressure

Organic tomatoes have significantly higher levels of flavonoids, compared to non-organic tomatoes, according to the results of a ten-year study carried out by researchers at the University of California.

You can read about this study in a report coming out soon in the Journal of Agricultural Food Chemistry.

When nitrogen levels are not high enough in the soil, plants produce flavanoids as a defence mechanism. If inorganic nitrogen, which is present in everyday fertilizers, are applied to the soil, this over-fertilization may hinder flavonoid production.

So to get higher yield, farmers use fertilizer, which robs the fruit and vegetables of the natural flavonoids and anti-oxidants that plants evolved to fight pests and disease. Animals evolved to use those costly to produce chemicals to fight disease and repair their bodies to live longer.

When farmers use fertilizer, the plant doesn’t produce the costly to make anti-oxidants and flavonoids. Humans can’t make them.

Farmers are making imitation vegetables and fruits. They look like them, but are not them. They produce them in greater volume. Then because of the greater volume of the low value produce, they have illegals pick them, paying them low wages. Farmers don’t pay social security or medicare or withhold wages. Farmers are acting like bootleg gangsters selling alcohol that harms people and kills some.

The whole cycle is to have cheap fruit and vegetables that are not real. They lack the flavonoids and anti-oxidants that plants evolved to fight disease, and which they don’t make when the farmers use fertilizer. The farmers are just in a racket designed to deny us the healthy fruits and vegetables we think we are buying. They are breaking man’s law and moral laws. Farmers are acting like gangsters.

Its long hard work that Americans don’t want to do. Many terrorists are trained in poppy fields. This makes them skilled workers. We need those skills here. We need people with experience in fields in Cambodia, Mexico, and Afghanistan. They bring their values here, and we need those values to renew ours.

They teach us the value of hard work. They teach us that having a goal outside yourself is important. They show us that dedication to such a goal can make a person do almost anything. They teach us what loyalty to their own people means.

The number of people they kill will be small compared to the fruit they pick. Life is short, fruit picking is long.

Black Flight from Watts

As Senators Kennedy, Boxer and Feinstein say, its time for them to go. And Whites, and Asians, and Native Americans, and Hispanics who were here before 1965, and in time the Hispanics who have come recently.

That’s what renewing America by immigration means. It means its time for whites, blacks, Asians, Hispanics, and Native Americans to go, once they have been here too long. And as Senator Kennedy said in the summer of 1969, it was simply time for her to go.,_Los_Angeles,_California

What if it was time for AgJobs to go? Maybe if we stopped 3 million plus immigration per year, we wouldn’t need AgJobs. If illegals go home, we won’t need as many people here to pick fruit. They can pick fruit at home and send it here is also an option. That is cheaper than schools. Who teaches them in schools Senators Kennedy, Boxer, Feinstein?

Mary Jo Kopechne was a teacher at one point.

Mary Jo Kopechne (July 26, 1940July 18, 1969) was an American teacher, secretary and administrator, notable for her death in a car accident on Chappaquiddick Island in a car driven by Senator Ted Kennedy.

Was it because she wouldn’t pick fruit? Or because she wouldn’t let Kennedy pick her fruit? But he ditched her in the end. It was time for her to go? Kennedy was back at his hotel room while she was still alive in an air bubble.

Kennedy was thinking the Protestant bigots will make this into something political. The telephone records show he was talking at his hotel. The police diver the next morning said she was in an air bubble at the time. Kennedy was talking in the phone saying Protestant bigots will exploit this, while she was still alive in an air bubble, trapped below the sea.

Kennedy’s speech June 28, 2007 after amnesty’s air bubble collapsed:

I learned this first as a child at my grandfather’s knee.

Search Joe Kennedy Nazi and Joseph Kennedy Hitler,_Sr.

Throughout 1938, as the Nazi persecution of Jews intensified, Kennedy attempted to obtain an audience with Adolf Hitler.[4] Shortly before the Nazi aerial bombing of British cities began in September 1940, Kennedy sought a personal meeting with Hitler, again without State Department approval, “to bring about a better understanding between the United States and Germany.”[5

Hitler was the son of Austrian Catholics who as an immigrant had overcome Protestant Bigotry in Germany to become leader of the country. Joseph Kennedy sought to become the grandchild of Catholic Immigrants who became leader of his country by overcoming Protestant Bigotry in America. If Kennedy could meet with Hitler he could explain their common bond and that together they could make the world a better place.

He taught me that in America, progress is always possible. His generation moved past the cruel signs in the windows saying “Irish Need Not Apply,” and elected that son of an Irish immigrant as Mayor of Boston.

Kennedy legacy of overcoming Protestant bigotry v. Kopechne’s life. Ted chose the Kennedy legacy. Kopechne was a necessary sacrifice. “Kopechne Need Not Apply” for air. No amnesty for her.

I learned that lesson first hand when I came to the Senate in 1962.

So he could apply it first hand in the summer of 1969. He taught that lesson to Mary Jo Kopechne at first hand. No amnesty for those in the way of a Kennedy and his legacy.

Throughout all of those battles, we faced critics who loudly warned that we were changing America forever.

He changed Kopechne’s life forever.

In the end, they were right.

She didn’t live to see it.

We will have the kind of open border that is unacceptable in our post 9-11 world.

So that all the Protestant Bigots will learn what Mary Jo Kopechne learned in the summer of 1969, they were expendable. It was time for them to go back to the sea so that America could be renewed. In the Summer of 1969, it was time for the Kennedy Legacy, son of an Irish immigrant, to be renewed. In the Summer of 1969, it was time for Mary Jo Kopechne to be renewed. Once again, Protestant Bigotry was defeated by a Kennedy.

No burden is too heavy, no barrier too wide, no fence too high, no struggle too much, no resistance too great, no bridge too far for a Kennedy in search of renewing the Legacy of a family of Irish immigrants over the Protestant Bigots. Erin Go Blah. Kennedy Go Blah. They are the same, now and forever, and don’t you bigots ever forget it. Nor Irish. Where a Kennedy goes, so go you, even if men’s median wages are the same as in 1973 for Catholics and Protestants.

Worker Productivity Graph and info

Productivity never stopped growing, except possibly during some recessions or odd years from 1947 to present.

1947 to 1973 worker productivity up 2.7 percent per year.

1973 to early 1990’s 1.4 percent per year

1995 to 2004 2.9 percent per year increase in worker productivity.

Yet men’s median wages are lower than in 1973, and the other groups, women, blacks, etc. are lower than all men in 1973.

The workers became more productive, but wages stayed at or below the level of men in 1973.

What changed is that the top 1 percent get 20 percent of every 100 dollars we make now but only got 10 dollars per every 100 before the 1965 Immigration Act.
